Steve Jobs: Life By Design

Lessons from a Visionary Steve Jobs gave his first and only ‘commencement address’ to a graduating class of 23,000 students at Stanford University. This phenomenal lecture racked up 26 million views when it hit the web. Jobs took this opportunity to pause and reflect, giving the class, and the world, a personal and professional overview of his remarkable life. In Steve Jobs: Life By Design George Beahm connects the dots and provides examples with context and perspective from Jobs’ life to expand on each lesson he had shared in the lecture. The book begins with Jobs’ own words from this historical speech and unfolds from there, giving insights into his personal and business philosophies. It illustrates the vision behind his ideas and the multitude of lessons to be learned from his life, by design. George Beahm is a New York Times bestselling author. With more literary companions to his credit than any other author, he has published more than thirty books on pop culture icons such as Michael Jordan, J.K. Rowling, Philip Pullman and even motion pictures like The Pirates of the Caribbean.
