It is a fact that whenever the projects are constructed, it is inevitable, that there will be massive displacement of people and their wider network of live habitat. But when the Governments are held responsible for rehabilitation, they tend to move just in terms of men and lands. But they lack the outlook of how kindlessly strained is the live environment of peaceful living in the serene lap of the nature. This is pathetic situation the tribes face in the name of development. Development causes displacement. Displacement worsens the essence of development.
