Catapulting India as Global Leader: Crisis as Paradigm Shifter

COVID-19 crisis broke down the existing global power balance. Such Global crisis is a paradigm shifter. India, since 2014 has been showing the flexibility to use the most effective foreign policy as relevant. COVID-19 proved to be a great opportunity to emerge as a Global leader for India due to this flexibility. India has emerged as a global political power, that is not strictly aligned with any of the super powers, has its own ideology of Non-alignment, and flexibility provided by a continuously evolving foreign policy.
