This book investigates the present human and financial resource situation of agricultural extension organizations of 114 countries. Estimating and comparing the quantity and quality of existing human resources in agricultural research and extension systems, categorized by geographic regions and economic groups, it determines the amount of financial resources being invested in agricultural research and extension organizations.
