Digital Libraries: Challenges and Prospects

The information media constantly manifests itself in various forms, and amongst the numerous manifestations which are being prophesied and which are being prophesied and which are on their way to becoming reality, are those of digital libraries. Digital libraries have already made their presence felt in the West, and it would not be an exaggeration to state that they it would soon be a part and parcel of the way information is accessed in India too.
