The author traveled through Turkey, Iran and Afghanistan to reach his destination. He traveled via Poti, Tiflis, Baku, Teheran, Meshed, Herat, Kandihan and through the Bolan Pass to reach his terminus. This book is a reprint of the 1877 edition.
